Ever since I started my Third Trimester, I've really felt my sciatic pain escalate. I have read that it's how my baby is positioned in my stomach and she might be sitting on a nerve. It's really starting to make me waddle! Here are a few ways I've been trying to relieve my pain:

Prenatal Massages
Massaging with a Lacrosse Ball
Yoga Stretches - Cat and Cow, Pigeon, light stretches
I'm trying out acupuncture thanks to my sweet friend, Jessica, on Monday! I'll let you know how that goes!
